this guy is nuts he breaths very hard i think he has the skinny fat syndrome. what that means is that he weight very little compared to how he looks. example i weigh 230lbs but my body comp is very proportionate am very thick and muscular at my job there is this guy who weights 210 and looks like a balloon, this balloon man suffers from skinny fat syndrome.
Dr. Dean Ornish - You can tell he is the good guy. I "was" on Atkins diet but I have realised it is the Doom diet or Hells diet... full of death, destruction and it sure encourages constipation, aging, joint problems. I am very grateful that Dr. Dean Ornish is doing all these studies. He even implements spirituality into his diet and I would say this is an exceedingly advanced practice. I hope he proves to live a healthy long life and prove does us, his diet is better than the low carb diets
@Catherine8raw have you died yet? No way in hell will he live a healthy life. Atkins diet is about 70% right. The only thing you do need to do on the atkins diet is to count calories, keep your carb intake to 25% or less. Making these minor changes on the atkins will give you better results. If you haven't died yet could you please reply and let me know how u doing on this guy's diet.
plus.. the fat is chocolate, cacao butter is.. saturated fat!! by no mean saturated fats r bad for us!! Sugars Carbs trans fats r!! the main fat in eggs is.. MonoUnsaturated fat!!! same in bacon, beef, lard, Just check the lables at the sypermarket!! thanks

Nature Puts Saturated Fat in Any natural food we r supposed to eat. meat fish eggs dairy nuts seeds olives coconuts cacao beans and did u know that 100gr oive oil contains more saturated fat then 100gr if Any meat!! check the lables when u stop!!
Dr. Ornish is right. Fad diets and temporary commitments to exercise DO NOT WORK. Changing your lifestyle is what works.

@cogiterium To be honest, if you were to make the transition to a healthy lifestyle you would only lose about 8 lbs, 2 pounds per week. Your 30 day idea sounds like a "fad diet" :x
I was been rude - he looks fine. Whilst I don't neccessarily agree with all his prescriptions I am sure that someone following his diet will be healthier than 90% of people.
He doesn't look fine. I'm not saying he looks older than his age, but he doesn't look magnificent for his age either. If you want to see people who look great/young for their age look up some raw foodists.
