If there was a driver to waive the 18 year old rule for, it'd be him. It's clear that he has more than enough talent to compete in NASCAR (perhaps not win right away). Otherwise he will destroy the Late Model ranks for the next 2 years or so.
@DJprofessork72 it takes alot more effort and while your in Nascar your behind the wheel of a 600 Horse power race engine that runs on the best fuell ever !!
