  • ringo spoke - major piss take time

  • Why does Paul after 1966 say "you know" so much as if it's a nervous tick. If you watch his other interviews it's obvious he isn't the political one of the group and he's more meek.

  • Mmm, John shaking his leg...

  • George:"...hi" so cute

  • "Two queers."

XD didn't even miss a beat. I love John...I love him.

  • I LOVE YOU JOHN! LMAO 2 Queers

  • I love the question at 1:25, the way Paul comes in "Aw... dededede... bubble bursts!"

  • Paul <3

    John <3

    George <3

    Ringo <3

  • Haha, they can't hear a thing during this interview.

    "Paul, Paul, Paul!"

    "Surry!"

  • it's great paul admits they take so much influence from other artists. nobody today talks about how much of the beatles' songwriting was synthesized from contemporaries who did it first, some people even go so far as to deny it, and yet the beatles themselves said it openly!

  • I love how it's 1966 and the reporter asks if there is going to be another tour next year.

    It's just ironic.

  • I love how John wouldn't stop shaking his thighs.

  • @misscarly12 yeah i do the same thing :D

  • @misscarly12 (mentions John's thighs--gets immediate thumbs up from random people :p)

  • Lennon/McCartney! Hottest writer-duo ever.

  • john is my favorite!!! hes so funny

  • Paul's answer at .40 is priceless. Yet it's topped by "Two Queers"!!! lol.

BTW, ya got to love George's insight here.

  • george ??

  • These guys were not only musical geniuses, they also were intelligent and witty unlike the "trendy" music today which sucks.

  • relax John!

  • imagine all the lesbians in the 60s and 70s getting all that hair in their mouth

  • the intwerview says..i like to direct this question to mrs lennon and mccartney..is he drunk or something??

  • @tripper85 "messieurs Lennon and McCartney"

  • @tripper85 No he wasn't drunk. Messrs is the plural of Mister. Do I have to explain plural as well?

  • @briney1973 as a matter of fact yea what is it?

  • @tripper85 plural means more than one. ie more than one mister is Messrs - instead of saying mister lennon and mister mccartney, he said Messrs lennon and mccartney.

  • @briney1973 you ever heard of sarcasm?

  • @tripper85 the fact that you didn't understand what messrs meant, i thought there was a high probability you didn't know what plural meant either. and i'm not being sarcastic when i say this.

  • @briney1973 why bother with english courses? it's a bit late now to save the world from utube Gobbledygook

  • "Two queers." My God, there's John Lenon's humor for you. Gosh, I love them. <3

  • the voice at 2:36... damn

  • So cute <3

  • What are 2 queers?

  • @Cutealicous101 Two homosexuals...

  • STOP BEING SO CUTE. it makes me wish i was alive in the 60s.... :(

  • This is just so funny! It's always good for a giggle!

  • Every time John Lennon scratches his face I scratch my face at the same time I don't try to it's weird

  • Comment removed

  • as usual the reporters always asked the most stupid questions.....John & Paul were so hilarious.

  • that two queers shout is just comedy gold

  • John Lennon: Two Queers

    (Cracks Me Up Everytime!!)

  • George Harrison was such a sexpot with his thick, wavy hair and beautiful features. The man was damn fine! Paul's witty comeback in re "Day Tripper" was funny. On a related note, such services were not taxed. They are not even included in "Taxman" in 1966, lol. The boys give good interviews.

  • john is so uneasy with that leg that doesn't stop moving xD

  • Ringo said words...*gasps* hahahahahah

  • oh john you beautiful man you

  • That woman whos like "Paul, Paul, Paul, Paul"

    Haha

  • They are like "Oh my God, spinny chairs!!"

  • "Two queers."

    LMAO

  • Omggggg this is why I love guys soooooooooo much!!!!!!!

  • AHAHAH Paul "We just wanted to write songs about prostitutes and lesbians"

Ahhh God I love that beautiful man

  • one of the biggest reasons why i love the beatles....

how humble and hilarious they are! seriously man, they are just sooo natural!

  • Not enough George! Just cause he's the quiet Beatle doesn't mean that he can't talk! GOSH!

  • thanks for posting the interview, however, I wish that you hadn't titled it that way. Day Tripper is about John discovering that you can just take one tab of LSD during the day and fall asleep that night, and Norwegian Wood was meant as a message to his current wife that he had just cheated on her. I am citing The Beatles Anthology here, for Norwegian Wood, and I think it might be a Rolling Stone Interview with John about the Day Tripper bit. Thanks again for posting! I love interviews!

  • @skinnerburgers i would! haha:)

  • What sense of humors, among other talants! However, I feel sorry for George who wasn't asked any questions. It's possible there's more to this interview, but I can't find it. Four sexy, witty men...I love you all..Toni

  • 2 queers!!!

  • 2 queers John is so funny!!!!

  • 'we were just trying to write songs about prostitutes and lesbians'

  • The joke's on the inerviewers because the bubble never burst.

  • So brilliant. I love them. <3

  • "We were just trying to write songs about prostitutes and lesbians - that's all."

    I love you Paul.

  • I bet George was annoyed the reporter asked John and Paul about one of his songs, even if it was a combative and ridiculous question. There's nothing in 'Norwegian Wood' indicating it's about a lesbian, though a Beatles song about a lesbian might have been interesting.

  • @NotADood Norwegian Wood is a Lennon song that George played sitar on. That was his contribution to the song, but Lennon wrote is about an affair he was having.

  • Hahha " Two Queers"

  • Even they can make the word Hooker incredibley sexy.

  • its so sexy how john is spinning on his chair and twithching his leg !!!

  • @xdeathlyhallowx i aggree totaly ... omg hes bloody hot!!!!!!

  • i love how they keep spinnin in the chairs, and i just realized im spinning in my chair. its too hard to resist!!!!!!!! loolzz

  • I laughed out loud but I have no idea what John meant by his answer to the question about what Eleanor Rigby was all about.

  • The Beatles were all so quick witted, funny and interesting. Love them Beatles!!!!!!

  • Right on, Paul!

  • interviewer: John can I ask you about the inspiration for eleanor rigby? John Lennon: two queers. Classic, R.I.P John

  • @xtratorque

John Lennon. You've just got to love the man's humor!

And George Harrison was the master of deadpan wit!

  • @xtratorque - yes, and I wonder if John answered about Paul's song since Paul answered the question about John's Day Tripper and Norwegian Wood.

  • @xtratorque Why do you have to ruin the end of the video for everyone...with your benign comment that is not needed?
