  • I just came back from camp Barnabas July 14-21 term 6!! and the kids touched my heart! it was very hard to say good-bye! but theirs always next year and I get to be a CIA!!! I was a barnstormer this year' :)

  • This is fantastic.

  • I have been going to camp since i was two. I volunteer there...and camp is amazing seeing life through a campers eyes is no no no no no they never see yes. Camp says yes and will do everything thy can to have them succeed They get rejected so much just because of how they were born. This gives them a way to fight back against the world and prove how much they can do. Camp Barnabas helps them conquer their fears and help them take what life gives them.

  • I love camp so Much!! Paul And Cindy are AWESOME!! i have been going for 5 years next year will be my 6th. Im in the movie!!! i have had some of the best CIAS Ever!! everything is so much fun just this year i got to do the ropes coarse, The Screamer was AWESOME! I know Paige she was in my cabin 1 year! i love it so much!! can't wait till next year! maybe i'll get to do the Zipline! I LOVE CB!!!

  • I LOVE Camp Barnabas SO much!! I have been going for 3 years and this summer I will make it 4. May God bless this camp and this ministry.

  • ahhh that was fantastic i was in B3 term 6 this year! it was amazing!

  • me and my grandfather raise money for this camp at dinner partys everyyear.

  • This is the most inspirational video ever.GREAT PEOPLE ! HUGE RESPECT !

  • It is a very great thing. How ever they need to do something about the parking situation! They block the roads and cause the locals too much grief by not fixing this problem. The money they received from MODOT should be used to create a parking area on their property and quit using the public streets as their private parking lot! But then again why would they care about the locals when the Teas live in springfield which is 50 miles away!

  • I went there last year as a barnstormer and this camp is one of the greatest places in the world. This is important to kids and to all you jerks who laugh at them. You will never understand how much they love what this camp brings them.

  • oh my goodness! camp barnabas is seriously the best place ever! i can't imagine my life without that ONE week! it really touched my life, and i can't wait to go back next year! it's the best experience you'll ever have!!

  • Im from mexico, and I wanted to go this year as a volunteer, because when I saw the video, it really hits, and I love helping others who needs it.

  • Anyone going nxt week?

  • I just got back!

A couple of people from my church are in this video. Emily(the dark headed gril talking about going down the slide) and Zach(the guy who gets his leg hairs pulled), just to name a couple. :D

  • im going there for a mission trip this coming saturday!!!1 YAYAYAY sooo sooo excited!!!

  • I was just there cleaning up that camp! The pool was extraordinary messy! It was fun though. A beautiful place. I wish I could have met the kids.

  • Great video! A real tear jerker for me. The only thing I would change is to leave the Name at the end up longer. About 3 times as long. It was hard to read.

  • Cause at Camp Barnabas you know it's alright. It was Jesus' love that gave me my sight. He took my heart and brought me into the light.

AND I'M CAMP BARNABAS BOUND! <33

    I LOVE CAMP BARNABAS! :D

It is really difficult and takes LOTS of responsibility, but I couldn't find a better way to spend my summer =]<33

  • this camp looks soo amazing!!

    Where is it???

I would love to work there over the summer!!

If anyone could give me information i would really appriciate it!!

  • It's in Purdy, Missouri. A small town in southwest Missouri. Extreme Home Makeover rebuilt the the Teas family, Barnabunk(where the voulunteers stay), and The Silver Lining(where they go inside when there is bad weather). They actually burned down the Teas house and had many volunteers rebuild it. I actually got to see them when I was there. I cleaned up the camp for the kids. The Teas quit their jobs as an engineer and a nurse. It was fantastic there!

    I love Camp Barnabas.

  • Aw, this is amazing.. I love working with children with disabilities.. It's like they find joy in the little things and they overlook their disabilities and manage to smile. I have a handicapped sister and she's my heart..
