@ganieeee if you have a steamer pot its pretty easy my mom usually cook it for 20 min in a steamer,it depends how big the fish is too.

@icacsaree 你好, 水滾才放入魚蒸, 用大火, 魚蒸熟立刻取出, 蒸太欠魚不好食. 我不知道你的爐, 因我看不見火力不能說, 我的是最高 9 度, 最小是 1 度, 通常 keep warm 我用 1 或 2 度, ( 我用的是電, 自動控制夠熱度上下 ), 希望能幫你. 祝新年快樂 <3

@icacsaree 你好, 鑊熱佐放油,和先放油等鑤熱沒有什麼大分別, 但如油熱可以放薑絲, 不用等. 至於熱水將個碟整熱,作用係, 碟凍, 放落魚後很快魚也凍, 所以放熱水坐熱碟些, 令魚保持溫度, 蒸魚凍不好食 :-D
