Each day is divided in to 3 sessions...each session lasts 2 hours;

here is a day's play: * First session: 11am – 1 pm * Lunch: 1 pm - 1:40 pm * Second session: 1:40 pm – 3:40 pm * tea: 3:40 pm - 4 pm * Third session: 4 pm – 6 pm

So in all you play 6 hours a day for 5 days...

Stamina is one of the most important things in most real sports...and this sport tests a players stamina and concentration for 6 hours in a day...thats cricket!

Speaking as a Canadian who didn't know anything about Cricket until this summer (a good friend of mine lived in Ghana, fell in love with the game and brought it back with him) I can honestly say this sport is better than I could have imagined. What I really think is a load of bollocks is how few people know anything about cricket in Canada... seems like every other commonwealth country has a huge cricket market now, except us.

@adraim69 it has to do with the outdoor weather in Canada for most of the year. Cricket can only be played in summer in Canada. There's other historical reasons too, including Canadians adopting American culture more than the British while Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka following the British sports culture more.

I know that this video was made a while ago, but there were still better batsmen than him in the Australian team at that time. However, I agree that Bevan was a great player.
