QUESTION: Does Robert Monroe know the contents of the envelope when he conducts the RV session with Joe McMoneagle? Either way it's obviously fascinating. I do wonder, that if in fact this is reality... why did those who left the planet not return to save their people? Perhaps they were too late OR they came to Earth... it seems entirely possible that they could have gone Earth-bound. Small number of people making new civilization = Founder's Effect and much knowledge could be lost. Great! =)

Remote viewing obviously knows no boundaries on earth. We can only traven physically to places on earth and Im thinking your seeing it that way, well that mind set is wrong. It has to do with the accuracy rate that is shown with RVing. If for example, you had a group of 12 people hitting an accuracy rate of 80% viewing these checkable targets, that group could over time, assess numerously, targets that would be difficult to check on. It would have even more chance or odds of being accurate if many groups and not just those with a vested interest were doing the same, such as grass roots people.

Amazing document. I've seen mr. McMoneagle in another documentary, where he successfully remote viewed a location. I was amazed, but I didn't know about this extroadinary experiment.
