cont. has a reall chance to replace the last addiction as this has been my MO in the past. If I don't stop smoking, get off the PP start eating better & exercising I can see myself getting really sick or dying much sooner than god may have planned or damaging my body so much that my quality of life will be halfed. well I sure have run on, but I am starting to remove the blinders and find myself actually thinking for the first time in a long time. OMG the price of the program scares me too

continued: I want to go but 4 weeks OMG. How can i do this and not be found out. I work in the medical field and must protect my license, I don't want to get fired but having to take 30 days off would probably do this. I live alone in a small town with no close friends and have 3 very spoiled in house dogs. If anything happened to these guys while I was rehabbing I don't know what I would do. That said I'm 46 smoking, taking pain meds, no drinking (but with meds gone, I think drinking....

I really think I could use this, hell I think I need it. Enjoyment in my life has always had some elment of substance use in order to achieve the same enjoyment that others do. If I go to Germany, I feel that in order to get the memories I have to get drunk or drink every night where as most will go & have a night or two or having some drinks for a fun release. from here they are too focused on what they want to do to want to drink or drug so much that it causes missed opportunities

This is a great place for young addicts to go and learn more about drugs from some real pros. These guys are in it mostly for the insurance money.

Any recovery facility that does not offer holistic programs such as what G & G offers should lose their license. Research shows that if they don't offer such programs, facilities have a very low success rate and are basically "ripping" clients off because people expected to be healed.

The treatments they use are awesome & one of the few in this country that can really help repair the damage from the drugs. I have a portable hyperbaric chamber with oxygen & it is the only thing that has helped me after spending a fortune. Main stream rehabs & even Narconon are a joke & most of the people relaps (as soon as they get out.
