what an idiot. the assistant referee saw it and said to teh ref that is why the ref change his mind.  It seems that you didnt watch the game but heard it in the radio. Try to watch Tv and watch the replay it was a clear HANDBALL. if you say that wasnt a penalty u know fuck all about football!!!
