Yeah, me too! But the series may end shortly thereafter. I think it'd be cool to continue as Shinichi for awhile, but since the main plot with the Black Organization would be closed, it may be best to end close to the time when he's back to normal. I want to see the ending, but I don't want it to end! D:

Yeah, but if you noticed, he's already not aged very much even though the anime makes specific reference to the date sometimes. It has gone through years even in the anime and he's still that size, and I believe they're all in the same grade, though I can't be sure.

Yeah, but that would ruin the series, now wouldn't it? That's why Ran almost always dismisses her rightfully suspicious thoughts. ;P

@Alonely Actually, I think it's only been a year -maybe a year and a half- with the main plot. I don't think that episodes that don't have anything to do with the plot actually rack up the time, because the times of each of them jumps all over the place. One episode it'll be winter and the next it'll be a perfect fall day; that's almost a jump forward by a year without anybody aging.
