Train your back only once a week. I can chin 50 kg 4 times and do it once a week without any performance loss. When I was doing it twice, my back was overtrained and didn't progress much. Nowadays I can do 8 at 40 kg, 4 at 50 kg and 1 at 60 kg. I assume you work you chest and legs too. If you work only your back, maybe twice is okay.
