Paris is beautiful. St germain is fantastic a little world in itself. I agree people arw what you make of them. Be yourself and you will make friends and speak french of course, if you can. @juancfile I'm french and lived in St Germain... Don't go there during jully and august all Parisian are gone.

Beware cab drivers they are the worthe... saint Germain is the best... It's a little hard to make friends at first but it's all in your hands !!!

Love this video. Adore Paris. The people, the culture, the food, the architecture, the small cafes, the jazzz,the opera and the fact that people do as they please and nobody tells them what to do.

i havent been to paris for a long time, but many of my relatives moved to france in the 1960's. some made success others not so but paris is a great city, i even lived there for 3 months with my grandmother.

I love the city, love French culture, love the French people, but really hate people wandering around museums like zombies trying to video tape all of the works of art. Why not use your eyes to take in the quality of the product in front of you instead of capturing images that can be found in a book in the gift shop.
