I took your word for it since you said you had Family working inside the walls and the different camera angles. But look carefully, just as the guy starts the riot, the Blacks at 0:18 quickly shuffle and sit down on the bottom right corner. They're not being attacked and they are DEFINETLY Black Inmates. I have two brothers that are correction officers and one serving life in prison (not proud of it) I wouldnt put too much thought in this video. This happens 3 times a month. 1 vs 1 happen almost every day. The ones you see kneeling are black to but not all inmates participate. Some old,dumb, scared,etc. The Folsom, my brother was there, Sur attacked Norte. Norte never initiated such a big war. Only smaller skirmishes (always outnumbered) such as 10 vs 10 indoor.. Never in yard.

If you're still not certain. Look how fast the prison guards quelled this riot? In the Blacks VS. Sureños riot in 2000, the guards didn't show up in FULL force until 30 minutes into it and an inmate getting shot by a Tower Guard. This riot lasted for just over 3 minutes until every inmate was handcuffed. I've seen the full footage of this, they didn't show the part where a Black inmate got up and soccer punched one of the female prison guards for no reason.

It wasnt the gaurds in full gear that stopped a 30 min riot. The gaurds in Pelican bay always respond in less than 7 minutes. Not all the guards in that prison or tear gas would have shortened that 30 minutes. Not even the gun shot and killing. The surenos whistled their people off the fight. They always do that after a brawl. They cant stop until advised.

Black gangs are so divided is why they never generally control prisons in Cali, however many Black gangs such as BGF have large sections that they do control and they have their rackets that they control on the inside.

Yeah thats the thing everyone always talks about disproportionate numbers but if you go to the CDC website you'll see its pretty even between whites and blacks. The Mexicans are deep though but even they are split in two which the whites and blacks aren't. Another thing though is that whites are probably heavily outnumbered on higher level yards.

Whites ran the Prisons in the 80's. Whites were the deepest until the 90's and I maybe mistaken but I think they were the Deepest with Norte and Sur combined. CDC has the stats. As far as the control thing theres no stats obviously but I heard that from an older black man.
