The choreography of this dance is the closest to the He Mele No Lilo dance performance in the Lilo and Stitch movie. The dancers were almost impeccable in their execution of the steps and hand movments. Most likely the Kahiko sticklers would prefer the traditional choreography to "He Mele Inoa O Kalakaua," the kahiko chant from which this song was adopted for use in the movie. I found the traditional choreography in jellybee68's "Dance Class He Mele No Lilo." I love both interpretations.

I really like this dance.simply becuz these ladies are not hawaiian. They are in guadalajara....umm hello!! that's mexico.there is a high school dance team in another video that was horrible compared to these ladies. I think they did an awesome job with technique & style. Their costumes are great. there are other videos & NO ONE has danced it the same.i guess the point is how well the interpretation comes out and these ladies did very well...me gusto el baile mujeres...hicieron muy bien...
