I knew UFC would kill off strikeforce....its pretty obvious that the fighters are at strikeforce cause they didn't like the deal Zuffa was giving them...basically the same deal with PRIDE.

@AdolphMugabi Supposedly, White/Zuffa did not agree with Golden Glory's payout policy towards fighters.
Zuffa's policy is to directly pay the individual fighter, who in turn pays their management; Golden Glory's (i.e., the managerial team) policy is to accept payouts and then pay the fighter.
In retrospect, while it pains me to admit it and see my favorites cut from the Zuffa roster, I would have to side with Zuffa's way of doing business (with the fighters).

This is messed up. imo Sergei is already cut, he's just still under contract because he's still in the SF(Zuffa)HW Grand-Prix. The moment he loses/or wins it (when his contract expires), he's cut. Once all the SF fighters finish thier contracts theyre cut (except for those willing to suck cawk and take huge paycuts, unless your the anomoly like Diaz). This was planned long ago imo Stage 1= Divide all the big names from the Pride. Stage 2= Conquer, by buying out an already weakened Strikeforce.

The word going around on the forums is that Zuffa wants to start paying the fighters directly while Bas and Martin of GG want Zuffa to make payments to them and they'll distribute the cash to the fighters.
Also they're claiming that Martin and Bas were trying to hold the title and the Gp for ransom and were trying to blackmail Zuffa. So the official word now is that GG fighters are banned as long as they are represented by Bas and Martin.
