Okay man I see People say this on every Cod4 Video I see.JuggerNaut Is the most Balanced Perk in the Game.If someone is Sniping and annoying the Hell out of you Put on Juggernaut.If its a Small map or if you want to snipe put on Stopping Power.If you have stopping power on and your going to kill the guy with Juggernaut it takes you 3 bullets.If you have juggernaut on and your going to kill the guy with stopping power it takes you 3 bullets.with the p90 jugg it takes you 4 bullets.

M16 is probably one of the most used guns in CoD4 along with the M40A3 and MP5. If he's been playing for a long time, then he might actually have 500 nukes. And his capture card is fine.

Me and a friend were playing the map Shipment, headquarter, and i got ALOT of kills. When the round ended i had 152 kills 48 assists and 23 kills! :D

I still cant believe i got that many kills and that low deaths :P

Oh and also, Black Ops will have a different killstreak system. It's a good idea, I like accumulative killstreaks better, but here's how it works: You can get a killstreak from kills by a previous killstreak. Therefore you can't get a Tactical Nuke with a Chopper Gunner, and a Chopper Gunner by a Harrier. You have to kill them with your gun. Come to think of it, this is pretty much more effective than accumulative kills.

Juggernaut was placed in to balance out stopping power. Stopping power is about 1.4 times the damage I think and juggernaut is 1.5 times health.

Painkiller is 3 times health.

Im Going to get A lot of hate for commenting this, but juggernaut is not overpowered, it was a perk used to counteract stopping power which the vast majority of cod4 players use, with juggernaut on it would take the same amount of bullets to kill someone with stoppingpower, as it would for them to kill you, so it all depends on who's the most accurate :)

Yeah they should do that, although it wouldn't completely implement campers, it would decrease it at least by half, which would be a start. They should also balance the gun ratios, as well as making the rifles really powerful, but super slow firing to stop modders, and I mean as in a pause between each shot like a sniper, but just a bit quickers, so mods would become almost obselete apart with the pistols in black ops.
