  • Look at the guys who use strict form? They are SMALL! Look at the guys roided or not, they use no where near a full range of motion and they are HUGE! Take notes people! Bottom line is, feel the muscle working!

  • I have seen videos with guys demonstrating perfect form - they are all using light weight and none of them are even close to big. Perfect form is very overrated.

  • I've seen a lot of huge guys train, and still I have yet to see 100-pound curls with strict form. It would be impressive!

  • @RonHarrisMuscle I posted one video. The form is OK but I only did three reps a side. Mind you, I'm pushing 40 now and a lot weaker than I was 10 years ago.

  • Yeah, I'd say it's pretty good form for 100lbs. I've seen a lot worse with a lot less.

  • @bm2g Don't even talk about swinging bro, most people can't even pick this weight up, let alone curl it multiple times! Perfect form is for beginners who are learning the exercise. Eventually you need to overload the muscles with a weight they have never lifted. If you would like to demostraight perfect form alternating dumbbell curls with 100lbs please post a video response, we would all love to see it.
