hi sometimes i see a screen on the wall with a person in it and once i saw a group of people around that being those people had a cloak over there head so i thought they were the elder around that person in the middle i see them also when i close my eyes what is this? it is like a tv but not physical

hi magenta. When I was around I think 13, I tried Transcendental Meditation with trying to see this cone of light. At the time, they taught that if you reached the center of this tunnel, you would then be able to leave your body. But when I reached it, I became alert to a being pressing down on my chest so I got scared. My sister recently told me she tried and also had this negative being/demonic experience. Any thoughts? How can you do OBE without risk?

When meditating or having different states of mind I usually see eyes from all types, usually reptile like eyes but also human or tiger like eyes, sometimes it's a little bit uncomfrotable I wonder if it has a meaning.

@14Gott i experience this also :) I have been guided to understand that it is a mirror of consciousness, the minds eye, it denotes wisdom. I look straight into the eyes now, I usually see female type eyes and blue or purple eyes, feline eyes and reptilish(glassy). I use to see men and women walking back and forth glancing over and noticing me, they seemed like shamen.

I think the harder you try it becomes more difficult. You have to have a hint of wanting to project then just let yourself drift off to sleep. Every single time I've just said I'm tired of trying to project, that is the same night I always do. it sounds strange, but that's how it works for me.

I astral projected quite a bit when i was a teenager (all the hormones etc making me more psychic i think) I also saw footsteps chasing after me and some things that truley freaked me out. but these things don't freak me out now. ps can you physically touch things in the Astral because my wall had hand prints on it once and I could only put it down to being in the Astral. Is that possible??? thanks

every time i go to sleep i astral travel..to some interesting journeys i can fly..float..go through walls communicate..but sometimes i go into the wrong dimensions like scary..& see negative things..theres so much in the other dimensions that ppl wouldn't believe..but i see it it's kinda like THE LORD OF THE RINGS!.. that kind of scene,wands,portals,space,plan­ets

i have poked around at astral projection before, but have only experienced it once and that was by accident. i was meditating/existing in my room when i remembered an important project for school. the papers i needed were in a binder, i couldnt remember where it was. i didnt want to move so i closed my eyes and tried to remember where i put it. while i did this i sort of became aware of things in my room, then was able to 'leave' my room and freely travel about the house. nvr found da bindr lol

You are moving into a deep sleep when this happens. It's a sort of half awake/half asleep mode, you are at that point in a state of hypnosis and this is the point where you may have communication from higher density - cosmic downloads or visions.

One thing I must add: not everything in this dimension is nice. I may be saying nonsense but I believe there is a dark/light battle happening right now. Be aware and always remember you're made of light, you're a light being and no matter how strong it is the darkness you're facing, light is always stronger. It's not YOU, it's US.

In this dimension you'll also meet energies that got stuck in between, you could call them spirits, usually not a nice experience. Offer them help.

This has been happening to me for a few years and becoming more intense. I didn't know what it was at first, just thought I had a very vivid imagination as it felt so real.
