how do you use maca ? as a tea or put the powder in your shake ? does it matter how you use it ? D Wolfe said 1 bigspoon a day is enough and it is a good dose too , and less than that it is not so powerful :) I agree with that. How do you take it to really feel it's power ? doing this stuff for a week and a half, maybe slight increase in libido but definitely a huge increase in energy, I've been working out every night since I started taking it for two hours every night (and i never worked out before! maybe like once/twice a week at most)
