If you actually READ the whole report, you'd know that she said it in the context of electrical companies having the ABILITY to moderate power output, not making it some government restricted regime as Glen Beck implies.

This isn't a bad thing lol, power companies have been moving towards this for years, it's a technology thing, they're not quite there yet, but soon they'll be able to.
