There's some hacked-up crap on youtube, but this might take the cake. Unbelieveable. I'd hate to see the rest of the building- it probably needs to be condemned if other types of work were done like this. Just wow. That's all I can say.

@heavydiesel you are so right, the sad thing is he is in alot of trouble, he got a grant from the Redevelopment Agency for a new roof and rooftops and they went out to inspect job and he has to bring it up to code, new roof and 14 seer units, I guess he thought he could use tax dollars for a half azz job and then go on vacation with the rest lol.
Why not clean it all up? I'd fix it all, do what I could with those installs, then charge the snot out of the owner of this. He'd definitely pay for it.
@84randomdude I gave him an est. for all new roof curbs and units, those units are allowed in Cali. when you change out units we have to use 13 seer min and for grant money like this one they have to use 14 seer gaspaks.
The landlord is a real slumlord he helped the hacker do the work and when they could'nt get 7 of the 14 to work he called me out and I had to walk cuz if I touch one I would be responsable for anything that the inspector wrote up.
I have seen some shotty service work/installs in my area over the years but NEVER to that level....... WOW!!
