Best Pixar Movie is tied for me, but both are by the same writer/director, Andrew Stanton: FINDING NEMO and WALL-E. I remember watching NEMO in theaters for the first time and immediately wanting to go to the beach.
LEAST FAVORITE is actually Ratioulle (or however you spell that). Only the Peter O'Toole character and some of the scenes in the beginning interested me, but I thought it was one of their most boring stories, apart from CARS which has the most basic story for a PIXAR movie yet.
How about Studio Ghibli?
