I have just a quick question and I really hope you would reply, I would greatly appreciate it! I am looking to build myself one of these to install into my 1987 Ford Ranger. You said that you wanted the washers to only sit at the bottom, diagonally. Why is that? How come you wouldn't want a tower of them running vertically in the jar, top to bottom?

@braaup i used a ss water bottle with a stack of ss washers on a ss bolt, driled a hole in the bottle cover, and bolted the stack to the cover. the bottle is the negative, and i fastened my positive to the bolt coming out. it works great.

@dandaman46dablack Yes, You'd need a hell of a lot more HHO for it to have any effect on fuel economy. The 7A drain on your alternator will loose you around 3hp too. Have this guy even got a chemistry GCE/O Level?
