Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Sumac is not Paprika. it is a completely different spice that is widely available in the Levant. you can google the word Sumac, or Summaq and learn more about it. thanks for coming. i do not know what charmoula is :)
@cookingtheeasyway - I see I'm not the only one unfamiliar with sumac, I too was wondering if it was a type of paprika. :-) I shall have to try it. The rest is familiar in preparation and ingredients, looks delicious! Thanks for the recipe!

Sumac is dark red/maroon in color, it is grainy and has a lemony taste. it is manly found in Middle Eastern stores. and it is not Paprika, it is not spicy hot at all. check out my post about this fish recipe, the link is in the info section of this video. thanks again.

I was just wondering, did you gut the fish by yourself or did you buy it like that? To be honest, I never gutted fish before (I only helped my mom do it) so if you did do it can you please give out any hints. Thanks :)
Thanks for your comment. I actually got the fish already cleaned, gutted out the inside and the scales all shaved off at the store! the only hint i can give you about cleaning it is to use lemon juice and olive oil to get rid of any fishy smell, although fresh fish does not smell that offensive fishy smell...it smells like sea water!

بس انا بحب حط بدل السماق البابريكا
و كمان بحب احيانا اعمل صلصة بحطا فوق السمك بعد ما يستوي

ماشاء الله في تطور في الإخراج.
في ملاحظة بس على الأغاني ماتناسب مع الطبخ. ياليت لو فيه صوت شرح أو موسيقي بدون كلمات.
ممكن تشوفي أمثله في اليوتيوب مثل gordon ramsey أو foodwishes عاجبني إخراجهم حيل.
