When you show us your installation progress on step 4 ours has a "serial number" step whereas yours just goes to "Compressor Service Sharing". How do we get the serial number? Please respond! Thanks

it has a serial code number when you go back to the main folder and you open up the file that says "info.rtf" and it says it right there. go to 3:28 and watch from there
