Something about wii shooting games that I can never get into, the fact that the gun cannot "see" the screen, it's always the cursor. It's like the technology going backwards, old nes and old TV the gun can see the screen! and 2010 it's no longer the case!

Good point. I'm not sure why they seem to always have a cursor nowadays. I guess it's because they assume you're just using a bare wiimote and don't have sights.

Technically the wii controls can certainly see the screen without showing you a cursor. They just don't do it that way for whatever reason.
