how a superbounce works:

A map in Halo has multiple sections.When you jump on the boundary of 2(or more)of these sections,they split just a little tiny bit.But,the coding of the game tells these sections that if they come apart,go back together tightly.When this happens,your are just barely in the crack between them,and they snap back together, which makes you go up.

Halo 3 bouncing doesnt work because Bungie discovered the problem in Halo 2, and fixed it in Halo 3. To do this, they just made the maps one big section, rather than small sections like in Halo 2.

ok, i really like this vid. but at headlong, you guys should people the recovery bounce. like... when you do the well known crane double, some people, including myself dont get the crane everytime. you dont have to go all the way back down and do everything over again. add the recovery bounce, or anybody add me and ill show you (that is if you dont know). my gamertag is like 2 comments below this one. i mostly play on the weekends
