Hey, it's actually very easy to use Windows Movie Maker and to add clips, you have to open the video you want to edit and you can cut it and add some effects to it. But yeah, WMM is not that great, try Pinnacle Studio or Adobe Premiere Elements, those are great but complicated to understand. ^^
