It's no complete luck. I've played with plenty of snipers good enough to pull popshots and blindfires every round. Yes, including games where people are coming at them with shotguns. I'm not saying he should never hard aim, but it's sort of cheap to win sniper battles when people are mostly trying move and shoot as fast as they can.

And, again, I disagree. I don't think hardaiming takes more skill at all. Hardaiming is the easiest method of getting the headshot, but sniper battles are mostly for show. I respect good ranked snipers more than a sniper match all-star any day, but it's more because of the weapons of the opponents that I feel that way.
