This is not proof, just an explanation how the video could have been faked. The real proof is actually explicitly put in the video. It's the name and number of the court case. The case that does not exist in the court records (they are pretty open to the public, [almost] anyone can check that).

OK I agree with you on these reasons, BUT to add to that, the video has ads, meaning he is claiming it for his own content through youtube's partner program. And then the content also is trying to say it is from the girl's father's court, which makes no sense, you can not put ads on 3rd party content.

Further, did you notice that it is posted in the "Entertainment" category? Well that says a lot in itself.

Visiting Cindy's Facebook page, she discusses her involvement in the prank video and she very much alive. Therefore, the 'Girl Dies' video is strictly a short fiction film with special effects. As Lyhots says, this is from a video production company. Why Kyle Rankin is pulling down other people's videos, no idea, but it is fiction.

The only reason why I did is to see if it was fake. I told my daughter, "I don't think if it were real the would allow it on youtube, that would not be right by her family.
