@LaDeXi If you Google "Brick Arms," you'll find a few good websites. They're not by Lego, but they're made to be compatible with Lego. :)

I use a program called "XCC Mixer." Google "XCC unilities" and you will find a range of modding tools that will allow you to do a lot of different things with all the C&C games in the first decade of Command and Conquer.

Open XCC Mixer, click "Launch" and look for the sound editor.

@Mpa12120, when laziness doesn't affect me, it usually takes 3-4 days to take all the pictures, 2-3 days to record all the voices and put them into the clips I create, and about a full day to render it all. Because it takes so long for each step, I have to spread it through the months.
