That water is distilled, it's not boiling. Distilled water (pure H2O) can reach temparatures above boiling point but won't boil unless you have foreign matter in it so it actually starts boiling in mid-air and vaporizes.

Boiling water would never freeze into a solid that fast. All you are seeing is the steam from the boilng water quickly cooling, its not freezing into a solid, not that fast. Duh. Do the this over pavement, you'll no longer act like a kid in a candy shop. Notice how wet the pavement get's from the LIQUID water falling to the pavement.

Have any of you that say this is not real taken a chemistry class? The very hot water will freeze on contact with the cold air because the surface area of hot water / steam is much greater then that of cold water. Greater surface area = more surface area for cooling. The reason that there is more surface area is because of the increase of the vibration of the water molecules due to the increase of the energy (heat). If you don't believe try it.
