An assumption is being made that you are a "person". Please research the legal definition of the person, Government issued ID and discover it does not apply to human beings but corporate fictitious entities. This however is not an argument you want to start with an uninformed policeman/officer without written copy of your sources.

The Law is indeed an ASS... What about Google streetview? Google Earth? anybody wanting to plot,plan terrorism,criminal activity e.t.c can just use them,without leaving the house,or indeed just go to wherever and "Eyeball" the situation,this is the most stupid,paranoid law ever,what a fucking joke,our rights of freedom,are being eroded every day.Do you think they would stop a Muslim,with a beard taking photos? Not on your Nelly,the race card would be out,they wouldn't even approach......
