  • I remember these as if it were yesterday.

Me and my friend Paul (who I haven't seen for over 30 years) played with these endlessly.

  • My father invented the Mighty Moes. Like I had posted on one of the other websites, he would have been proud to see the commercial of these toys here on YouTube. It probably would have given him a sense of immortality. lol

  • @nesyamiracle wonderful! I'm a toy collector, if there is anything from your dad's career that you have please take care of it for posterity...including business cards...anything...too much of the behind the scenes stories are lost.

  • @joadhenry I wish I could say I did. I have a model ship he built back in the 70"s that needs repair, but for the most part, he died a very poor man with very little of anything. He invented the classic Digger The Dog and I had to literally buy a used one from Ebay so my son could have something to play with that his grandpa made. His boss has a gold-plated Digger on a stand. The one thing I wish I could find and if you ever see one, is the Original Giggle Stick by Gabriel. He invented that too.

  • @joadhenry Of course I'm referring to that yellow tube with red plastic ends that when you turned it one way or the other, or even shook it back and forth, it made this almost organic sound from a two-way reed that moved back and forth inside the cylinder. Gabriel sold 8 million of them world wide. But unfortunately, a child popped-off one of the ends and choked on the piston inside from what I understand. Dad never meant anyone to get hurt. I think I was 9 yrs old at the time.

  • deep in my mind the wrds flew out when i saw the ad...

  • was singing this today.... had to come on youtube to find it

  • I had a dog named Tiny Mighty Moe. Little black and brown mutt, drunk guy hit him and he had to be put down he wasnt a year old yet. Was always slippin the leash. I remember he crawled up my stepmothers pants to sniff the first second he was in the house. Too funny.

  • I remember this. Especially that jingle!

  • That jingle was burned in my memory

  • I love the "Tiny Mighty Mo" jingle too! It's actually an old folk song titled "Little Liza Jane".
