@XMusicMusicX: Your opinion sounds true - but I think of the poor guys and gals playing Mozart, Mozart and Mozart over and over again - because the audience love it so much...
Echoing all the other thank yous for these unspliced uploads. One of the greatest of composers, or Apollo is just too capricious to take earnestly...having no intent to sacrelige the God of Music as lampoon those unwilling or unable to listen to what this composer Does So Sublimely Well.....
@MuseDuCafe Thank you for your continued comments... Feldman is a sort of 'lush-green' giant in my eyes; caring tenderly and deeply for sound... I hold his music dear to me...
at the 1:12:30 mark and for the next couple minutes is just insane-- the repeating fragment is broken up among the three instruments and the notes are juggled between all three of them, constantly shifting! Wow.
How utterly hypnotic! I'm not familiar with this piece. I love the "ping ponging" of the celesta and piano and blurring of timbre (and perception) here. This may be one of the most spare things I've heard from Feldman. I ended up having to download this today (the California EAR Unit recording) from iTunes... Thank you for uploading this and many other (often hard-to-find) pieces by Feldman and others...
Stanchinsky, thank you so much for uploading these unspliced. Youtube is really in need of his piano and string quartet. I hope you address that one soon.
@stanchinsky Awesome. I appreciate your "addressing" of my issue. It's people like you who have become torchbearers for the awareness of modern music.

At 37:53 Feldman kind of explores the a - sharp - minor tonal space... :) very fascinating!

09:54 this beautiful little scale breaks the nearly 10 minute microtonal ouverture dialogue. Beautiful!
