i always thought ranger was the cheapest shotty. + i hate it when someone waste all 4 ranger shells just to kill one person. my strategy was fire one side at a time and wait on the other.

for me ranger is akimbo marathon, light, ninja. m1014 ext mags (my favorite/best shotgun IMO) either scav, light, ninja or marathon, light, ninja. 1887 akimbo SOH, stopping, steady

the rangers are really good i would recommend scavenger lightweight(as stopping power is unecessary) and steady aim.

for all of you out there who arent total noobs if you pay attention to the rangers mag count at the bottom right corner when reloading without slieght of hand, the barrels are filled at about 1/3 of the way through the animation, so all you have to do is knife, double tap, or sprint. they actually have an insanely fast reload time.

yea you would break your wrists if you shot the 1887 one handed, and you would not be able to pull your knife out in a splint second and does more damage than a bullet, and quick scoping is unreal by any stretch of the imagination, and no army uses the desert eagle. i think its fair to say realism wasnt infinity wards intentions for mw2))) but you can still do ll that but god forbid you have model 1887 that can shoot firtr than stabbing distance.

@88pie88 depends on how weak you are but its possible to flip cock it and fire it with one hand. Personally I find that is only used by A. People who don't know anything about it s they think they're upholding "realism" B. The people I keep killing in a ffa I then bring up how them adsing in .5 seconds with full mobility doesn't make sense with a 70 pound sniper rifle. (A 1887 is 7 pounds)

I doubt you can hold a 7 pound shot gun alone. get off the xbox if thats how you learn about weapons.

Still, even with Akimbo it pales in comparison to the one-shot reach of the SPAS-12, the sheer volume of fire from the AA-12, the insane damage of the Ranger and the versatility of the M1014. The 1887's look good, but they're not really that good in comparison to the others.

Marathon or bling, depending on if you want extended mags or FMJ with the grip you should be using, Lightweight or cold-blooded, hardline if you want it, then steady aim or ninja if you use steady aim, I wouldn't reccomend lightweight because you decrease the benefit of the pro lightweight. I'd say mess around with all of those and find out what suits you best.

M1014 actually has about the same range as the aa-12 but unlike the aa-12 that needs 2-3 shots to kill, the m1014 kills in 1-2 shots
