Sorry to disapoint you, but it never works wishing for more wishes :( just how the law of wishes is.

If you want to change it, you have to become wish-minister and then make a proposal for changing the constitution of wishes, and then get at least 65% support from the wish-givers (birthday, shooting star and so on)

Maybe HowCast can help guiding you through the procedure with a how to video :)
