@ChipArgyle The world will laugh at us as they surpass us in every category of technological development and we'll turn ourselves into a third world country of idiots and fools who think praying is going to solve the drought or economic hardships we inflicted upon ourselves.
@Bromopar Exactly. Elect Rick Perry as President so you can all hop on his express train back to the dark ages. Funny thing - he's pro religion and pro war, but anti-science, so what are his preferred weapons? Sticks and rocks? Or does he consider modern weaponry tolerable voodoo?
@ChipArgyle Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't be support the F-35 JSF? The most technologically advanced fighter in the world (arguably)? I wonder if he thinks its actually just a pulpit that flies so the pilot and call upon God's wrath at 35,000 feet to smite the enemies of America.
@Bromopar Well, you got me on that one! OK, I'll be more accurate and say that he's selective about which science he thinks is real and useful. @Bromopar Even with those three gone, that will leave two Mormons in their magic underwear and an amoral, lying prick who left his wife while she was battling cancer because she wasn't pretty enough the be on the arm of a president. Ron Paul's interesting, but just a little too eccentric and too old for most of the voters. It's not a particularly appealing slate of candidates.

lmao are you talking about those planes that somehow got passed the world's superpower, America's defenses? Are you talking about those buildings that looked oddly familier to the ones I see on T.V. on shows about demolitions? Are you talking about those Saudis who apparantly had flame-proof identifications that some Americans somehow found? Does anyone still believe in 9/11?
@fog0death i love how you manage to make a fool of yourself , it always amuse me when people dont understand that stand.

@powereater lol it doesn't matter if there's an electronicly registered passenger list, the fact is people apparantly "found" some fireproof identifications that SOMEHOW survived a planecrash and fire.
Furthermore, there isn't a SINGLE recorded account of an airplane making a building collapse. There have been airplanes that crashed into buildings, but NONE of them made the building collapse, and especially not in a straight line like the ones you see from CONTROLLED DEMOLITIONS.
@powereater Lastly, there were MULTIPLE aircraft that hit those buildings, and other places in America, and after the first one hit, there wasn't ANY military aircraft springing into action to take down the other airplanes.
I'm sorry but I clearly destroyed your argument. There's no way to prove 9/11 an accident.
Especially when we consider the building that collapsed in 7 seconds for no apparant reason. I'd like you to explain that building to me.
@fog0death declaring yourself the victor over the internet is a rather pitful move.
reading up on conspriacy theories and repeating them will not help your case. FACT: on sept 11,2001 islamic terroists funded by the osama bin laden flew several commercial aircrafts into the WTC in NYC. the bush adminitration was blamed for the underevauation of AlQeada as a threat to the USA.
BTW: jets were scrambled, the meltdown of internal support has the same result as a controlled demo.

@powereater Al-Qaeda is situated in Saudi Arabia, and those terrorists that flew the aircraft were Saudis. Saudi Arabia's dictatorship is SUPPORTED by America. Furthermore, when the airplanes, not one airplane, but MULTIPLE airplanes, when MULTIPLE airplanes came to strike America, there wasn't ANY retaliation by the defences of America, and not one jet was launched into the sky to try to prevent any further terrorist acts.
Furthermore, apparantly this "Osama Bin Laden" has been running around
@fog0death ur cherrypicking of facts is amusing. i can go ahead and take up half the comment section answearing them but im just going to suggest u google conspriacy debunking sites.
either way Religion is one of the many ways humanity invented thousands of years ago to strenghen themselves. this role has almost ben completly replaced by science . religion is harmful to the modern world because it has and always wil provide unwarented justification horrile actions.Goodbye.
@powereater Explain why America has so many STDs and AIDS, while Muslim countries don't even have much troubles with these?
Infact, if you search on the internet, you will see that North Africa has far less problems with AIDS than South Africa. Coincidentally, North Africa is made up of Muslim countries, while South Africa is mostly Christian.
It's obvious that a society without religion can be harmed just as much as a society with religion. Also, athiests can justify horrible actions too.
@powereater in Afghanistan for 10 years, and somehow America hasn't caught him yet.
I'm sorry but even an average child can point out what these little things point to. 9/11 was a False Flag Operation, which didn't result in the Saudis being invaded, no it instead resulted in invading Iraq for some reason.
Muslims are even worse than Christians. Actually Islam is THE worst religion that I can think of! Wake up buddy and get yourself some coffee and get a reality check!
Well evolution is as shit compared to GEOLOGY!!!! the 6000 years old earth theory is for iletreates, not for politicians, evermore if they are senators. Here in spain , at the least since 1975 ( apart fom the left democratic period of 1931/36) God is out of politic, Evenmore the Judeo islam cristian legends
I'm not shocked by this one bit. Religion makes people deny all reality, reasoning, and science. Every scientist in the world could walk up to that woman, and say that the Earth is 4.6 billion years old, one man holding a bible comes up and says 6,000 years, and because of her faith she will side with the 6,000. It's ignorance, and lack of proper education.
You must watch Senator Allen's Response to all of this. I tried to post a link but couldn't. It is on You tube though under the title Arizona Sen. Sylvia Allen - District 5 . If you are going to judge her so harshly, the least you can do is listen with an open mind to what she has to say in response.
@Skippyup watch her response. I'm sorry but response could validate her claim that the earth is 6000 years old. I'm sorry but comments like will be labeled delusional, and will be given no further thought by the growing community of rationalists. You say listen with an open-mind. I have, perhaps you should do the same
Young Earth Creationists are capable of running a small hotdog stand, but should have control over NOTHING larger.
Our civilization was already forming 6000 years ago as we became sedentary.
Actually holding office and being as close as possible to ignorantly insane is tremendously dangerous, because denial of reality in elected representatives WILL lead to disaster.
They might just use cyanide mixed with sulfur instead of some Indian spice.
About elected representatives and dangerous ignorance;
As you see not knowing what's cyanide and working with food can be dangerous; killing few hundreds before you get jailed; Now imagine you're THAT dumb and plus you have the nuclear codes. Well... In 2012 US elections TWO things will be known;
LOL, ok so even if you do believe that the earth is 6000 years old (which it isn't) industry and pollution from vehicles etc has only been going on for the past 150 or so years. So in the 5850 years prior, the earth hasn't taken quite the beating that it's taking right now.
how retarded is grant evolution is proven right with giraffes long necks to reach high plants and more famously when charles darwin sailed in his boat around the coasts and found how all the finches had different beaks for eating different nuts.
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
Evolution is a theory folks! It needs the miilions of years for evolvement. God made the heavens and the earth. When cars hit each other (big bang) little cars don't come from the collision. To think that your body came together just by chance is more unbelieveable than the earth being 6000 to 10,000 years old. Keep talking Senator!
Evolution is a fact, it's happening around you now. It's an ongoing phenomena. Just because you can't grasp an idea with your mind doesn't mean it isn't a valid one. People much much more intelligent than you have failed to debunk evolution. Stop displaying your ignorance, it's embarrassing.
@fuzzypickles08 Micro-evolution is fact. However, when it comes to macro-evolution, there is just as much faith that is involved as believing in a creator.
@camichael74 They still tell you that in church? Perhaps you should read a few books? No, not the pretty illustrated ones they give you in church. Actual books, showing actual research - you know, the kind of knowledge you don't have to accept ancient scripture to believe in, though you can still hold on to that, if you so wish...
geometry is a theory. colors are also a theory. even music is a theory. so are you saying that there is a possible chance that all of these dont actually exist simply because they are categorized as "theories"?
its a shame that people still dont know the difference between a theory and a hypothesis. no, but seriously, why dont you go look up the word "theory" in a dictionary
Actually the earth is around 13000 to 20000 years old. That is taking into account the biblical record which is the only record we have. God took seven thousand years or perhaps seven hundred thousand years it doesnt matter. Humans , that is people who are spirit soul and body not chimpanzees are around 6000 years old.
Evolutionists are not scientists simply because they do not use the principals of science to establish their theories which are simply dumb.
Genesis 1:1, Genesis 1:26, Psalm 104: 25-30 John 1:3, Colossians 1:16-17, John 1:3 , Nehemiah 9:6 . Do me a favor, pray for 2 weeks for God to reveal himself to you....he will

Skippyup 1 year ago
@Skippyup I will watch the video and will stand corrected if I have been harsh. Thanks.

@tricklessmagic That is all that I ask. :)

@Skippyup No worries.

No scientist says millions.
frother 1 year ago
@Skippyup watch her response. I'm sorry but response could validate her claim that the earth is 6000 years old. I'm sorry but comments like will be labeled delusional, and will be given no further thought by the growing community of rationalists. You say listen with an open-mind. I have, perhaps you should do the same

woah! she is a politician in your country?! over here she would be dancing for pennies

This is by far the scariest .. and I mean scariest YouTube video..
The earth has been here 6000 years .. where did she learn this garbage ....
It is frightening that she is a senator..
Don't we have a test that requires our Politicians to possess general knowledge.
Shocking , truly shocking....:(

HEY!!!
Don't be so hard on her!
Our specie exists around 200,000 years and her just 6000...
When our 'civilization' was 6000 years young we were chasing each other with thick branches and saber-tiger teeth...
And look what they accomplished for only 6000!!!
XD
Orthodoxcrusader 1 year ago
@Orthodoxcrusader A novel way of looking at it!
tricklessmagic 1 year ago
@Orthodoxcrusader Sabertooth tigers died out over 10,000 years ago.
Young Earth Creationists are capable of running a small hotdog stand, but should have control over NOTHING larger.
Our civilization was already forming 6000 years ago as we became sedentary.
Actually holding office and being as close as possible to ignorantly insane is tremendously dangerous, because denial of reality in elected representatives WILL lead to disaster.
allieron 1 year ago
@alli
I wouldn't give them a hot-dog stand either.
They might just use cyanide mixed with sulfur instead of some Indian spice.
About elected representatives and dangerous ignorance;
As you see not knowing what's cyanide and working with food can be dangerous; killing few hundreds before you get jailed; Now imagine you're THAT dumb and plus you have the nuclear codes. Well... In 2012 US elections TWO things will be known;
1.Who's the next US president
2.Will I start building a nuclear shelter.

Humans exist roughly 200,000 years...
I am NOT talking about separate ethnics, but the whole specie in general...

Evolution is a theory folks! It needs the miilions of years for evolvement. God made the heavens and the earth. When cars hit each other (big bang) little cars don't come from the collision. To think that your body came together just by chance is more unbelieveable than the earth being 6000 to 10,000 years old. Keep talking Senator!
grant487 2 years ago
Evolution is a fact, it's happening around you now. It's an ongoing phenomena. Just because you can't grasp an idea with your mind doesn't mean it isn't a valid one. People much much more intelligent than you have failed to debunk evolution. Stop displaying your ignorance, it's embarrassing.
fuzzypickles08 2 years ago 45
@fuzzypickles08 Micro-evolution is fact. However, when it comes to macro-evolution, there is just as much faith that is involved as believing in a creator.
camichael74 1 year ago

1809evolution 2 years ago
Actually the earth is around 13000 to 20000 years old. That is taking into account the biblical record which is the only record we have. God took seven thousand years or perhaps seven hundred thousand years it doesnt matter. Humans , that is people who are spirit soul and body not chimpanzees are around 6000 years old.
Evolutionists are not scientists simply because they do not use the principals of science to establish their theories which are simply dumb.
