BTW "fivefingercrawl", this is a cover of the original by the punk band Suicide recorded shortly after the Ghostrider comic made it's debut in the 70s. Regardless of which soundtrack this version was a part of, the song is about Ghostrider- one of the first, dark unorthodox super heroes.

It just made "The Crow" soundtrack even better.

Originally the "Ghostrider" movie was going to be dark like the first "Blade" which would have been better. At some point someone decided to make it more suitable for all viewers which seemed more cartoon than comic strip. Shame.

@lpmcgaha Capital!! Chris Haskett was(is) phenomenal on guitar(hence the end of the solo on "Ghost Rider") Melvin Gibbs is excellent on bass like on the end of "Neon" Andrew Weiss was good on bass too. I love Come in and Burn Sessions the best, even though Weight was much more marketable.

I love Ghostrider. I have comics from the 70's up through MidnightSons and the Vengence stuff. This song is on The Crow sndtrk (My favorite CD ever--Loved the O'Barr GN and the Lee's) But listen to the lyrics, TheFivefingercrawl, "Motorcycle Hero" and "Riding through town with his head on fire." Both mention the Marvel character. Fan of both and I totally accept The Crow Soundtrack as my favorite album ever.
