J'adore la langue francaise, et voila la raison peut-etre, mais je crois que cette chanson etait un des meilleurs de l'Eurovision 2000, et bien meilleure que la chanson belge, qui etait en francais aussi. Le seul explication que j'ai est une probleme de mixage, c'est plutot technique, mais sa voix semble trop haut par rapport a la musique...

Je crois que, pour la plupart, vous avez raison. Elle me semblait en fait un peu déçue pendant qu'elle chantait la chanson. Néanmoins, je pense que la chanson a mérité quand même plus que les 5 points, dont elle a réçu. C'est dommage, mais c'est l'Eurovision. Souvent les meilleures chansons se trouvent au-dessous d'une gamme de chansons vraiment affreuses. Il suffit de voir le résultat de la chanson suèdoise cette année. Mais on peut toujours espérer!

Actually I like this one, and I remember it was one my favorites when i watched the contest, but it seems that in the last decade or so les pauvres Francais can't get a break in the contest (2001 and '02 being the only exceptions). Sure, it's often their fault (yes, I'm looking at you, Virginie and Ortal), but they have also sent some good stuff that has go unnoticesd (2003, for example). I'm hoping les Fatals Picards this week will somehow manage to turn the tide...

You know, I really hope they will. And I do think they might; it's so light and fun, and the first French entry with individual spirit in recent years. They also don't take themselves seriously, which, and I mean no disrespect to one of my fave Eurovision countries, is a significant first.
