What are you stupid.....thats Machina Maw....unlock it in Chapter 2. You have to use all dresspheres in your sphere grid to use your special...Duh Unerring Paths is best

first you have to equip there Garment grids to Underhanding paths...and then switch from one dressphere to another,and then click R1 to switch the spheres changes too Machina maw,Floral fallal,and full throttle
