@matianater My dad's parents have a ten year difference. I think it sort of depends. A thirteen year old and a three year old, obviously not, but thirty-three year old and twenty-three year old...eh *Shrug*. They have to be at least mostly in the same area maturity-wise. I never realised what love was until a short while ago, and trust me, I thought I loved people when I was thirteen. I don't think it does make a difference. She's 17.. They're both legally old enough to make their own decisions, to be together, there's no problem. If I'd kept with my ex, he's have been 22 when I was 17, trouble is my parents found out. and cause I was only 12 at the time, things were different. But I did love him. They're both over 16, it doesn't matter what other people think.

@c6opa Girls start puberty at 10 - a hundred years ago the age of consent was 12 in Britain. Physically girls are ready for sex at that age, and they behave far more grown up these days. I think its OK to have sex with a 12 year old as long as they understand the implications and enjoy it.

It's considered quite a big thing if you loose your virginity at my age - 15 -, never mind twelve, and I honestly mean no disrespect when I say this, but I don't see a twelve year old to be emotional mature enough.
