@alvarezsocool That is certainly NOT a blowout, genious. It's called tapering the nape. A blowout is a really low FADE, not just on the neck, but around the temples too. He didn't have a fade. The purpose in doing what the woman did, is to make the neck-line look neater, for a longer period of time, as the hair grows out, where as a blocked nape (how he originally had it) only looks neat for the first week or so, and needs to be lined up more often to keep the neatness.

I'm not a professional barber, but I do know a thing or two about cutting hair. What this lady is showing in the video is one option for how to cut the nape, the other usual option is simply leaving a blocked nape, which will only look neat & clean for a week before it needs lined up. The taper will look neat for up to three weeks before it needs a trim.
