Story: "Blade kills a familiar, Gordon tells Batman to look in to it and he does. Blade is caught by Gordon but escapes killing vampires and any familiar's who get in his way. Batman is getting in Blade's way in stopping the vampires so Blade considers him a threat and tries to stop Batman from getting in the way. Batman is fighting thinking Blade is a murderer while Blade is fighting thinking Batman is slowing him down in destroying vampires. But eventual Batman finds out that vamps are real.
Blade has all the powers of vampires but none of their weaknesses.
Batman vs blade is really far fetched since Blade is interested only to kill vampires hence most of his weapons are only designed for that.
I dont think UV bombs, UV flashlights or garlic gas bombs would have any effect on batman.
And those who are saying batman could win because of writting then sure guess what batman could also defeat presence and spectre alone if some hack writter makes it that way (which is DC speciality)

Batman and Blade should both be able to hurt each other with punches and kicks. I mean, if a small skinny guy punches a big muscular guy in the face, the muscular guy would still feel pain. Blade may have the strength advantage, but defeating Batman won't be so easy for him. @pantherablaze there was a story in which batman fought a vampire during the late 1930s, Mad Monk was his name. It was one of batman's earliest foes(even before the joker and cat woman) and the first time he ever "killed" a villain(two silver bullets) a little silly, but that was the golden age of comics. They even revived Mad monk in 2000s, but I didnt read that storyline

Blade is like 10 times stronger than Batman. 10 times faster, and more agile. Not to mention, Blade wont get tired, and he has a healing factor. Blade also has better martial arts skills. Never seen anything in a Batman movie that could even touch the fighting scenes in the Blade movies.

@southboy99 Some of your facts are in error. Superman was only a supergenius during the Silver Age really. After a while, that interpretation died out because the writers realized it was one of the many things that made the character overpowered. The modern Superman is above average intelligence, perhaps even gifted. But he's nowhere near the level of DC brains like Batman, Luthor, or Ray Palmer. Superman is a country boy at heart. Smart yes, genius no.

Batman and Blade should both be able to hurt each other with punches and kicks. I mean, if a small skinny guy punches a big muscular guy in the face, the muscular guy would still feel pain. Blade may have the strength advantage, but defeating Batman won't be so easy for him. They are both strong and great fighters, but Batman got some tricks that can surprise opponents that are stronger than him.

But my point is that Batman is extremely adaptable, and is very capable of giving Blade a hard time, and ultimately defeating him. Notice I use the word *capable.* The actual outcome of the battle would depend not only on skill, but also on location, luck, and most importantly, the writing staff.

Then Blade turns into Hush and goes after Bruce Wayne, and in a direct hand-to-hand fight with Blade getting the jump on Bruce/taking him on in the Batcave, Blade destroys him. Too many variables.

It was one of batman's earliest foes(even before the joker and cat woman) and the first time he ever "killed" a villain(two silver bullets) a little silly, but that was the golden age of comics. @southboy99 Some of your facts are in error. Superman was only a supergenius during the Silver Age really. After a while, that interpretation died out because the writers realized it was one of the many things that made the character overpowered. The modern Superman is above average intelligence, perhaps even gifted. But he's nowhere near the level of DC brains like Batman, Luthor, or Ray Palmer. Superman is a country boy at heart. Smart yes, genius no.

Blade wins. Goddamned Batman is just a man, skilled but thats all. Blade is superhumanly strong, fast and almost immortal, in comics Blade handled both Spiderman and Wolverine, who are order of magnitude more powerful than Bats.
Blade vs V (for Vendetta) makes much more sense.
