to Gr8: when attorneys get involved they see cash dollar signs, even if it is money down the road. Once they have a money judgement it stands even if there is no money at the current moment. Like that attorney said, there is talks about a movie deal, and attorneys always always always see potential dollar signs. (which is one reason I hate attorneys) But your right, take it out of her jail account and honor Caylee's memory.
Ms Zenaida Gonzalez has every right to sue Casey. This has NOTHING to do with Caylee. IF Casey would NOT have filed a counter-suit, THEN pleaded the 5th amendement to NOT answer ANY of the questions submitted to her, this matter would have been settled right there and then. Casey here again is the sole culprit, period.
By the way, the entire name of this lady is indeed Zenaida Fernandez Gonzalez, as is obvious in the official transcripts of the depositions made in the civil suit so far.
I hope Zenaida DOES win. It can keep Casey from ever profiting from her crime. Besides, Zenaida's attorneys have said all along they just want Casey to publicly clear their client's name. She won't do it, so therefore she should be punished for that IMO.
So does that mean that every Zenaida Gonzelas in Florida can sue Casey? Casey said "Zenaida Fernandez Gonzelas". The Zenaida that is suing Casey has the middle name Zenaida and has no Fernandez in her name.
If Zenaida wins, she should NOT get money off Caylee's death. It should come out of her jail account that is being used for her "luxuries" behind bars.
I am not defending Casey, I am defending Caylee's honor.
Gr8Hottie --I completely agree with you...I feel like no one should be profiting from this poor baby...these people see an oppourtunity for cash...its dispicable.
I agree... this is an opportunistic, frivolous lawsuit which should've been dismissed. If she really got 'fired' she has more grounds to sue her employer.

I think it's sick that Zenaida would try to cash in on the books/story deals made from the murder of this precious angel.
Why doesn't she write her own book or make a movie about how she was victimized by Casey?
I hope Zenaida DOES NOT win!
♥RIP Caylee♥

Exactly!
I think this is just a publicity stunt for Zenaida's lawyer.
How can $15, 000 in damages be proved?
