The fact your a self proclaimed unbeliever is exactly what churches like Elevation pervasively focus on. Rock concerts and dance are pagan rituals that have no place in a person's quest to be saved from their sinful ways. Repent and reject the false teachings of the feel good gospel and love our savior because you will never be right.

@marcsimm1 Romans 12:3 didn't contradict what I said. God gives everyone the measure of faith. You're responsible for believing and acting on that belief (which is what faith is). Every time Jesus healed someone he said it was the person's own faith. Look at Hebrews 11:6. Faith = belief + action. Faith is YOUR responsibility to grow.

@homemomdotcom yep, the man was wrong. Did you notice how Jesus scolded them for not having faith? It was the mustard seed faith he had when he said "Lord I believe". When he said "help thou my unbelief", he actually said "forgive my unbelief" but the King James translation is a bit off. Always pay attention to Jesus' admonition of unbelief expressed by his disciples. Always take note of healings he perform when he tells people that it's by their own faith. Grow your faith.

..last time we spoke, and he tells me he's met Jesus and He changed his life around. I figured if God can do it for my friend then He'll do it for me. And here I am 2 years later, rid of all the addictions, reconciled with my parents and graduated with a Masters degree. I stopped being my own god and surrendered to the one true God. We are "the church" elevation is a church. There is a huge difference. " Oh I go to elevation church" hahaha who cares. I go to church. I dont need a church that when you walk in it seems like it is a business. I mean you have the carolina panthers and other major league sports teams going to elevation. 10% of a 1,000,000 player is $100,000 tithing. It's not being a hater, Jesus didn't need a million dollar building to preach in.

My wonderful friend invited me to a group prayer session this past week, and they played this song and it literally opened my heart and I felt gods presence and love pour into me...one of the most incredible things I've ever experience. Praise Jesus!

Amazing God Awesome Jesus i didn't know how many thing was wrong with me until i look into the life of Christ and the Word of God. we as fallen beings are so tattered and broken.
and no guru or self help guide is gonna fix oh sure they might be able to do patch job but in and thru and because of Jesus you can be completely whole. my life is a testimony to this i was deep in the rap world and a pimp in training but somehow Jesus broke thru all of that and love me thru my baby stages o Jesus :)

They are so anointed! The singer had to sit down and just inhale the presence of the King. Sometimes you have to do that, especially once a person has tasted and seen the glory of the Father. His gifts just keep on coming and coming. It's overwhelming.

..last time we spoke, and he tells me he's met Jesus and He changed his life around. I figured if God can do it for my friend then He'll do it for me. And here I am 2 years later, rid of all the addictions, reconciled with my parents and graduated with a Masters degree. I stopped being my own god and surrendered to the one true God. That's how I know God is no myth and why I am so sure, I've never known anything more tangible. I was broken and God gave me faith and that's all anyone needs...

We are "the church" elevation is a church. There is a huge difference. " Oh I go to elevation church" hahaha who cares. I go to church. I dont need a church that when you walk in it seems like it is a business. I mean you have the carolina panthers and other major league sports teams going to elevation. 10% of a 1,000,000 player is $100,000 tithing.
