I started this study with the idea of redeveloping the cliffs and enhancing the park on top - the cliff face to be developed in harmony with what it is now -but stable.
l the void between the beach -nobbys and harbor (now filled) was sandunes only sand dunes. Untill they wanted to make the beach front of the low lying dunes - the city dump!
It's a shame the city crowds that view of Nobbys now - looked so much more interesting in 1910.
