Theres another bit to pull down, where his big ass is, theres a tab underneath that you pull down to complete the effect of a more rounded abdomen. The instructions are SHIT. Like the reviewer, you should rotate the head round so its hidden in insect mode, the instructions don't state that.

wow! I learned a lot of this figure from your review. They should make a redeco of insecticon with ravage colors. It would look nice with a black gloss body and chrome wings... and hints of purple (G1ish insections:)). I don't see it yet on retail by me in Chicago

I have these series of action figures on shelf, they're made by Bandai the line is mostly populated by Gundam, Evangelion and Code Geass robots called ROBOT 魂 (Spirits/Soul/Damashii) they are hyper articulated and very affordable with prices at a wide range between $25-$60.
