Did anyone else notice how Sonic's arm comes off in the end of the video then they're running down hill?
I do wonder though, why did Sega go back to using the older version of Sonic in Sonic Cracker for development instead of sticking with the S&K3 version?
@Pantha35 That has nothing to do with the game which they used to make this prototype. The arms are seperate objects from Sonic's/Tail's main body. If you run down hill too fast, they game can't handle it in time and thus making their arms look like it's flying away.
I understood that the game couldn't handle Sonic's speed. I only asked about the thought behind them using that version of Sonic because it seems odd that they would go backward from the S&K3 model to the S2 model.
thats cool!

An emulator?

@sparkster7744 Yes. I used Gens v2.14, because it's my favorite. Most people prefer Kega Fusion v3.63 though.

@selbi182
I use GENS GS, but to play the Sonic CD I used Kega Fusion.
And also in Gens you can isolate the audio "channels" (I dunno, because some channels have more than 2 sounds at same time)
