I have Vol II of La Vie Electronique. There is so much old unreleased music from Klaus coming out. I can't keep up anymore. And he is STILL the master.
Klaus had that magical way of just taking you on a magnificent journey with his music... he truly is a master.... Again I can't thank "RitchieFZ" enough for putting up so much of his great music....
Wo that is a difficult question since it is all great . Strangely enough this very song i think is one of his greatest . I will message you thru your site
The titles of the tracks were so beautiful back in the day:
"No Where Now Here", "Mental Door", " A few Minutes after Trancefer"....
I hate that these archived tracks that were release decades later and obviously UNTITLED are so "ham handedly" titled.... likely by KDM (Klaus D Mueller)
@liverawkstar i totally agree and am surprised you are the only person in all the comments i have read about Schulze that brings this irritating fact up . I consider myself to be the ultimate Schulze Fan..have everything by him and some things released that were not released to the general public . Have all but seen and met the man . I can honestly say I know this guy backwards and forwards and have spent hours upon days and weeks absorbing his work and style..Next
@liverawkstar Excellent . I spent a lot of time reshaping my brain with LSD candy and barrels of great alcohol listening to Klaus . You sort of have to go there to be there..in his head . I am just glad we are both still around . Still as fucking great as ever . Yeah man I think you got me beat with the tat . That is some serious dedication !
I listened to Klaus Schulze for 4 years before I ever started doing mind alteration--
I had a complete freak out about 2 months ago when I went to a very high end record store that is known for obscure electronic and progressive-- and one of the clerks told me "sorry about KS dying", I was like "WHAT"?, "yea he died in July"... I raced home to thankfully find on the internet it was Conrad Schnitzler..
WHEW! I was in a panic for 2 hours though till I got to internet....
@liverawkstar Wo you just freaked me out for a second there .
yeah i heard about Conrad dying..really sucks . I had just started really getting into him . now there' s a dude who has an obscure discography . I' d sure like to hear some of his limited home recordings
Yes, I have followed Schnitzler since the late 70's, Iam very impressed by the the direct relationship he maintained with fans-- sending them one off recordings and what not--
but this was where TD and KS were early on as well, I have first pressings of both that had phone numbers on the album jackets...
@liverawkstar I know KDM has screwed up a couple of what to most people would be trivial things regarding Klaus . Plus some of the song titles he comes up with are just fucking stupid . ' Nuff' Said ' , ' Well Roared Lion ' ,
Klaus indicated in an interview that he was too lazy to archive and catalog all his stuff..which is too bad . Seems like he could kick back , have a drink and come up with some better song titles...instead of ' Beau Hunks '..
These are really great CD collections of works that weren't released at the time they were recorded. Many of the tracks, like this one, are live recordings and document Schulze's total command of his impressive synth rig (not an easy thing to do with analog gear!). Impressive with but a few exceptions. Highly recommended for any true Schulze fan. I only wish these had been available back in the 70s, I couldn't get enough of his Schulzian goodness!

I might be as big a fan as you,
I have a tattoo on my inside forearm of his silhouette image portrait from Mirage--
it faces me to see right way--
people say you have that tatt backwards--
NO, it's for me--
Iam a synth guy too-- I was happy to hear Klaus say he's lazy in the Steven Wilson interview, because Iam too--
btw, my music entity Second Culture was the only American on "A Tribute to Klaus Schulze"-
Iam SICKLY into all things SCHULZE
